Kazema Global Holding KSCH was established in 1976 and officially incorporated in 1977 under the name Kazema Engineering Projects W.L.L. What started as a specialized HVAC contractor has evolved into one of the largest privately held industrial conglomerates in Kuwait, with a diversified portfolio spanning engineering, supply, facility maintenance, and real estate.
In 2007, the shareholder equities of Mr. Fadel Al-Kazemi and the late Mr. Shaker Al-Kazemi were transferred to form Kazema Global Holding Company, creating a centralized corporate structure that governs all 11 subsidiaries under a unified strategic vision.
