This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Kazema Services (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Kazema. The Application allows users to book services with Kazema servicing companies, get notified on the progress on services requested and more.

User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is handled through Kazema’s own authentication implementations (ie, no 3rd party integrations are associated with our application user registration). Please keep in mind that you may not be able to use the Application unless you register with us. When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide:

(a) valid KUWAIT mobile number (mandatory) and optional information such as your full name, email address, profile photo. We need mandatory information to create your profile and to link existing contracts that you have with us. Further mandatory information will be used to related you with your historical transactions. Optional information is only collected when a registered user opts to furnish such using the profile update area.
(b) transaction-related information, such as when you make requests for services from us.
(c) information you provide us when you contact us for help.
(d) App store – In app or google play information for purchase and use of the Application for creating a store.
(e) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant advertisements. We may share your current location with other users or partners. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.

What is “Kazema Services”?

“Kazema Services” allows you to request different services from Kazema Service Sector companies, Kazema Maintenance Services WLL(KMS) & Kleen Rite WLL(KLR), completely online. Available for both Android & IOS devices, a registered user could monitor their existing maintenance contracts with KMS, make and track fresh service & preventive maintenance requests. In addition to, request for services from KLR. Do you store sensitive information (ie, credit card data) on your servers? No, currently our application does not collect any sensitive information or store it on our servers.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at kazemaplaystore@gmail.com.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at kazemaplaystore@gmail.com. We will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at samounyoel2@gmail.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Your Consent & warranties

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the Israel. If you reside outside the Israel your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Israel privacy standards.

The application Easybooking does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in it will be corrected. The app is provided on an “as is, as available” basis. In no event will the app or its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, or assigns of same be liable for:

Any incidental, consequential or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the application, the materials or any information, or transactions provided on the application, even if the application or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or
2. Any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the mobile application, the materials, and/or listings or information downloaded through the mobile application.

Because some countries, states, or provinces, etc, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such places, the mobile application's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
