About Us
Kazema Supply & Parts Company (KSCC), founded in 1976 by Eng. Fadhel Al Kazemi, is one of Kuwait’s largest and most reputable master wholesalers and distributors, specializing in air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC-R) solutions. We have been a trusted partner for over four decades, supplying equipment, refrigerants, components, spare parts, tools, instruments, and mechanical and electrical supplies from a wide range of leading brands.
Headquartered in Al Rai, Kuwait, Kazema Supply & Parts (KSP) is an ISO-certified company serving various industries as a premier stockist, wholesaler, distributor, and retailer of multi-brand HVAC-R products. Our operations are supported by modern warehousing, a dedicated delivery fleet, and the Oracle ERP Business Suite, an integrated business management software system—ensuring 24/7 inventory management, logistics, and customer service. Regular audits and robust management controls reinforce our commitment to operational excellence and quality.
Our Leadership
Our Sales Team
At KSP, our customers are served through a comprehensive sales network of seven retail outlets—including two grand stores and five showrooms—strategically located to welcome walk-in customers across Kuwait. We further extend our reach through our Sales-on-Wheels program, with van sales representatives delivering products directly to customers.
Complementing our retail and mobile channels, five field sales engineers provide specialized, industry-focused sales support. They maintain strong relationships with key clients across oil companies, private corporations, public institutions, and government organizations—selling our products directly to these sectors. Through scheduled visits, they ensure seamless order coordination, contract renewals, personalized solutions, and responsive after-sales service.
Our Counter Sales Team brings 10 to 40 years of experience, offering expert guidance, technical troubleshooting, and dedicated customer care at every touchpoint. Behind the scenes, our Warehousing and Logistics Team ensures accurate inventory handling, storage, and distribution, maintaining high safety standards and timely deliveries.
Our Purchase Team
The Purchase Team is instrumental in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement activities to secure high-quality products at competitive prices. Their proactive approach ensures uninterrupted supply chains, optimized inventory levels, and reliable sourcing to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Our Finance Team
Our Finance Team plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s financial health and compliance. Through diligent financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management, they support sustainable growth and informed decision-making. Their expertise ensures transparency, accountability, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
